The brief
Law firms and compliance teams were checking names against government watchlists by hand, with no consistent process and no audit trail. Arcalyze needed to replace that with instant screening and a record that would hold up in an audit.
What we built
- 01
Live search against the U.S. Consolidated Screening List, with confidence scoring, the fields that matched and a link to the official source.
- 02
An audit log that can’t be edited: every screening is saved with who ran it, when, the query and a snapshot of the results, and the log is searchable and filterable.

Bulk screening from a CSV upload, processed in the background, with an email when the job is done.
- 04
A daily sync that keeps the screening list current, plus team accounts, self-serve billing and plan limits.
